You know how in England, back in the day, and kids used to be poor as hell, used to be running around like rats in the street, just snatching people's pockets. Like, all right. Like one person throw the bag to the other person, throw the bag to the other person. It's not community right now.
SPEAKER_03:But like what really truly makes this funny is the fact that so I'm saying, you know, news picked it up. It was crazy. Like, let me say a 12-year-old girl, you feel me? Like, so they snatched her ass up, you know what I mean? Like, they don't know where the other the other two assailants was at. You know what I'm saying? They haven't, you know what I mean? Like, she a dog, she ain't gonna tell nothing for me like that. She's gonna I'm saying she built Diffie for her to be a street creditor as at 12? She been. I wasn't thinking about that at 12. She's been in the movie. What makes this crazy is that the news footage picked it up from um for the area, and it was like, yo, they speak to somebody in in the neighborhood, and a dude went on a joint. I forgot everything he said. But the one thing that I remember that he said, Where's her mother at? Where's the parents at? Where's the parents at? What's going on? Where's the family? What's going on? He was like like genuinely confused, like, yeah, I think I remember too.
SPEAKER_07:Like his hands was on like his his hands are on his, like, like, yo, what's going on?
SPEAKER_03:Just like, you know what I'm saying? Like, it is a kind of an unbelievable thing, bro. It's not that it's unbelievable because you know, like uh, like time and time again, I mean, like, like, you know, um, motherfuckers been doing that in a sense, but it's just like to have that type of like organization, like, like, like, and and for the kids that because you gotta, you know what I'm saying? SPEAKER_03:Yo, he is. Another thing that's happening, so we all know that um the streaming, everybody's streaming. Streaming is like taking over. You know what I mean? It's bread in it. I mean, streamers are the new celebrities. Streamers are the new celebrities. And crazy. Crazy that you had to say. It's annoying, but in a sense, though, it's fire because it opens a different level. Now you don't have to, I'm saying, like that whole A-less, B-less celebrity. Like I'm saying how niggas was judging shit, it's different now. Now it wasn't based off like the TV shows that she was doing or the movies that she was doing. It's like the influence that you bring.

We have all of those fucking examples, right? A new trend is happening, which is something that, like, you know what I'm saying, majority of them do is the IRL streaming, right? Not wrong with IRL streaming to a degree. If you have somebody that's motherfucking the cameraman, you know what I'm saying?

Yeah, like a lot of that's been happening lately. I think I know what you mean, bro.

SPEAKER_07:Yeah. Is um see this is this is how you know it's a problem where there's like way too many instances where somebody can pull up and that's like, so you talk about that other person? No, no, that other guy. No, no, no, no. See, this is an issue.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, this is this is an issue. There's nothing wrong with people streaming, but it's very important to I feel like definitely have a cameraman, have somebody that's in a position to like do that for you because of the fact that what just happened in the past um now it's uh two weeks, but in the past two weeks, it's been two fatal car accidents where streamers have been streaming while they're driving. Like, you know what I'm saying? You know how you have the have the joint put up in your window, you streaming while you driving. So now you nah nah, not in your hands. So you still got both the joints, but now you know what I'm saying? You know, they always looking at chat. You looking at chat, you looking at chat. Yo, chat, what you said, chat? What you said, chat? Wheat. First person, somebody somebody hit the person, another person, another person had uh got into a car accident and killed other people and killed other people.
SPEAKER_07:Crazy. I didn't hear about those, dude.
SPEAKER_03:My question is, should there be a restriction on the streaming platforms as far as the mobility, like as far as like your geo like a geo, the geo restriction, like your geolocation. You know what I'm saying? Like a lot of these apps track you with geolocation, right? So, but a lot of them, like like for for instance, Waze or whatever tracks your um your speed, or whatever lets you know, like if you're going over the speed. So would it be so something be implicated to where it's like a safety feature for not only the the streamer, but for those around the streamer?
SPEAKER_07:A lot of these platforms, I'm gonna just say it right now, a lot of these platforms don't hold up their streamers, especially if it's a big streamer. They don't they don't hold like they don't hold them accountable for a lot of the shit. Like you see it all the time, whereas like you got some people that was kicking it over at Twitch or whatever, then like they trying to like get that volatile like group of people who like, you know, just doing shit to like just be volatile or whatever the case. Obviously, it doesn't fly over on one platform, so they go run over to like kick. They run over to like another platform where it's like less regulations and whatever, so they can still do like their fuck shit. Uh kick don't usually like it. I guess it has to be like something really big. And I think now recently they're trying to like put little restrictions and stuff on it, though.
SPEAKER_03:But the point is, is like But then look look look at who's behind Kick though.
SPEAKER_07:Oh yeah, nah, 1000%. At the end of the day, it's behind kick. At the end of the day, even with Twitch, they don't usually care enough because at the end of the day, a lot of these people generate them a lot of wealth. So it's just like probably they would just give them like a little slap on the wrist, like be like, all right, 30-day suspension type shit. Like, nah. A lot of, let's be real, streaming as a whole, especially with the whole with the whole state of like how everything is in your face. That's I think another reason why streaming and stuff like that is um the next wave or like the big the next big thing, is because it's not like it's a show or anything like this. It's like people coming up on air or online to stream or whatever, so you instantly get in that. And whatever they're doing, whether they're playing or they're talking or whatever, the cat whatever the case, that's your entertainment right there that you're always constantly getting. So a lot, which is very big in this time and age, is this parasocial relationship that like people would have with streamers and whatnot. And then people like streamers or whatever, trying to do, trying to be big or trying to like find instant ways to be big or be like in a thing. What a lot of them tend to do, do some controversial shit or say something controversial so that way they can get like those eyes and views because all type of um, what was it? What's the saying now they say? Like all type is there's like no such thing as bad publicity. All publicity is not. All publicity, yeah.
SPEAKER_03:All publicity is good publicity, it's no bad publicity.
SPEAKER_07:Yeah. So it's like, it's this weird trend where we got like these people over here doing all this shit and they're not being reprimanded or whatever. Like they gotta, truth be told, a lot of them gotta get come down heavy on or whatever. You inciting violence and whatever or stuff like this. You driving while sh while sh doing streams, reading chat and stuff, you already look, you already know you can't be doing that. You already know that shit's bad.
SPEAKER_03:So another example.
SPEAKER_07:That's also very causing this issues. There was like, I forgot this dude. This is what I'm saying. Like, the fact that you can go back and you can say, like, oh, all these other different instances with different people, mind you, that's a problem. That's that's telling something right there. There was like this dude. Nobody got um, nobody died, and I forgot his name. And he's always do these types of um contents where he's like just wilding or like pranks and shit. Um he had his cameraman or whatever. He was like driving on um Interstate and he was obviously going over the speed limit on like one of the sports cars. He crashed the car, he's worrying about the car and whatnot. But then like his friend, who was like um the cameraman, he ends up getting injured, and he's like on his ass, but like saying, like, oh, like why you know why you did blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Why you did this, like you you you crashed my car and shit like this, or whatever. And it's like he's the granted, his friend is like the only one who was injured and stuff, like nobody lost their life though, but like, come on now. And he's and that dude, I can't like I said, forgetting his name doesn't even really matter because he always does shit like this. It's like, nah, it's a problem. Why he still get to be platform? A lot of these, um, a lot of these services should be defunding these people who do this stuff, who brings all this negativity onto these platforms. They should be defunded. There there should be no way that like they get like suspended for um for like X amount of days. Could still collect the paycheck, mind you. Because that's also another thing, too, is that like it's not just one channel that they probably would have, they probably have like various other different channels so they could generate income differently, whatever. So it's like I don't know, y'all y'all gonna have to uh come heavy on a lot of those people because it's it's crazy how frequent it is where you get these instances.
SPEAKER_06:Let me guess the the dudes who did the the two the two accidents, young people.
SPEAKER_03:No, it's no not young people, no like like late 30s, I believe. Like it wasn't even no it's crazy people just with no common sense.
SPEAKER_06:Like uh I I agree with what you're saying. A lot of these people do need to get deplatformed because they do promote a lot of crap, but I don't I don't think that's ever gonna happen. Because time and time again, they prove that they be in the these streaming companies. They prove they don't care about the people streaming on their platform.

SPEAKER_06:Like, look at uh what's her name? Now Valkyrie. Uh she's like in that little streaming sect with Valkyrae, but she was at TwitchCon the other day. Dude ran up on stage, kissed.
SPEAKER_07:Oh, yeah. Umiru. Imiru, yeah. She was having like um a meet and greet on TwitchCon.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, a mandatory meet and greet that's part of her contract. She's supposed to have security there and everything. Her previous security got fired because he put hands on like he didn't even put hands on somebody, he moved somebody who was trying to go at her. And this time around, she had to be able to get it. So they didn't want that security. And then this dude just ran up on stage for free, ran up, kissed her, and then got taken out of took taken out of the joint uh obligatorily, and then got a 30-day Twitch ban. Like, and then the dude, the the the CEO of Twitch goes on an interview and is talking about, oh, if Val if Emeru had moderated her chat, probably stuff like this wouldn't happen. Impliant. You see what I'm saying? They don't care about they don't care about their people. So I don't think there's ever gonna be an instance where they do that. Because it's not an easy thing. Like back in the day growing up, I remember, I can't remember the names of the app, but there's a couple of apps that I would use while I was on the train. And while I was on the train, the train was running over the tracks, and I couldn't use the apps because I was physically moving too fast. You feel me? So say it's not impossible, but I don't think they're ever gonna do that. Because at the end of the day, I don't think they care about the creators. I think they just care about what they bring in, and that's just the cash. So, and they're never gonna hold these people accountable. They're really not. Nah. Look at the stuff that happens on the platforms.
SPEAKER_03:Now, yeah, the pranks and all of that, that shit is like uh uh egregious to me. You know what I'm saying? A lot of what these motherfuckers be doing on the street. A lot of stuff's gonna be like, family. No, no, my bad. That shit not funny, bro.
SPEAKER_06:Some dudes shooting fireworks at kids overseas. I saw it on uh on YouTube the other day, and then they the the locals came up like, yo, you shot fireworks at the kids. Oh, they shot at us first. Like, what do you mean the kids shot at you first? They're children, you're a grown-ass man. You're not even in your home country. Why are you firing fireworks back at the kids? I tell you, man. Like, it's just little stupid stuff like that, bro. And creators think it's cool because they get the comments and the people in their chats laughing, bro. But it's really messed up, dog. It's just messed up. Yep.
SPEAKER_07:Just like you were saying earlier, uh, with Johnny Somali. Dude is literally over there overseas just making an ass out of himself. He's still over there? He's stuck over there, eh? Yeah, he's still over there because they um they got him for the charges. They locked him up, didn't they? They're trying to lock him up with it. I hope they lock him up. Right now they but they are they have been adding some more charges on his ass. I hope they lock him up. I hope they all stick because fuck that dude. On some real.
SPEAKER_06:Some people need to be made an example of, bro. No, nothing's gonna change until you make an example of somebody.
SPEAKER_07:Speaking of countries and whatnot, Japan, they're having um, well, a couple, it's not it's not a lot of um publishers, band dynamco and whatnot, but not even just them. Um whatcha call it? A lot of them are against AI being um a lot of their material being taught AI. So it's causing up a huge stuff. We already know. A lot of people don't care for AI. AI is unfortunately here. And with that, you know, not too many people are very ecstatic with AI. Because again, with the whole stuff of taking jobs and whatnot. Anyway, um, a lot of Japanese publishers are very against this um new AI, um Sora 2.0 or SOR 2. They're um, and for good reason, they don't want their um content, they don't want whether the games and stuff like that or an animation, because um a couple of animation studios were also against it. I've can't I don't have the ones on to me right now though, but there's just been this whole big talk about um AI training and product and IPs and materials and whatnot that's being taught that. Very against it.
SPEAKER_06:Was it Toei and Dragon Ball that like uh I think they put out a copyright on Sora doing like uh Toy was um Toy was was Toy was one of them. I forgot what it was. I don't know if it was a bridge, but I do know it was about like not Dragon Ball a bridge specifically, but something in that realm where they were using the likeness of the characters, and it wasn't like direct like stealing of the material, but they shut it down immediately, bro. Yeah, like they don't play straight to court and say, nah, Joe.
SPEAKER_07:No, they don't play o over there in Japanese when it comes to uh IPs and stuff like that. They're very look, they're very tight about it.
SPEAKER_06:I don't hate it. I really don't, because uh it has a place. I think there I think there's a lot of misunderstandings when it comes to artificial intelligence. And I think there's a lot of benefits that can come from it if it's implemented properly.
SPEAKER_07:And so everything if it's implemented properly.
SPEAKER_06:I think it's what's been happening now is a symptom of just general the issue, one of the issues with society and it's accessibility. Like too many people got their hands on AI and there's too many people with being able to like utilize it in unique ways. There needs to be some kind of regulation because artificial intelligence is extremely dangerous. Yeah, like it's extremely dangerous. Like you got the president of the United States posting AI videos as propaganda to go at the other political party. Like, why is that okay? Why are you allowed to use artificial intelligence in any kind of government situation that's linked to voting, uh platforming, any of that? You can create fake content, nobody will be the wiser, and people just gotta eat it up. And the way people's minds are set up, they see it on social media, and that's just how it is.
SPEAKER_07:Yeah, for some reason.
SPEAKER_06:You feel me? Like there needs to be it's AI itself is not inherently bad. What is bad is how it's being used and the lack of regulation. And I think this is a big step because with Japan going and taking that step to you to exclude AI from their intellectual properties and trying to make them still retain that ownership, it shows that there's ways to regulate it without destroying it. It's not like they're not gonna use AI in Japan. Not like they're not gonna use AI to create content. They can probably use AI to make original content. I mean But it's the copying. Yeah. It's the reckless use. That's the part that gets AI mucked up.
SPEAKER_07:AI already gets used in a lot of projects. When it's like whether it's for gaming, whether it's to just make some backgrounds real quickly, or whether it's like same thing for animation, again, just to quickly get some backgrounds and stuff. Not obviously for the whole big creating everything, like creating a whole thing with AI, but like you said, it's a tool and it can be used well, it can be used for good for very well. But like you said, how quickly accessible it is and with a lack of regulations on it, it can also be used very badly, which it has been. And we already see it when it is with when it comes to artists and whatnot, how quickly it just falls. Like you said, just with the political um with politicals, it's insane. So definitely need to fight for those regulations for it because it's only gonna just make things worse. It's only gonna get worse. I mean, like, AI is not gonna Pandora's box is open, so it's not as if like it's gonna miraculously stop and vanish. But you see how when you see those videos or like those, yeah, like videos on Facebook or whatever, mad people in the comments be falling for it. None the wiser. Can you imagine how it's gonna be like a year from now? It's gonna be very hard to tell like what's AI and what's not. And how, and if they keep in, yeah.
SPEAKER_06:I'm not a fan of AI and the government, but I'm a fan of AI Sasquatch. AI Sasquatch is fine. It's stupid. AI Sasquatch is my guy. I know y'all know who I'm talking about, bro. Running through woods of his acid trick. That's my guy.
SPEAKER_07:Back with Japan, though. I have how many of y'all are aware of the Nintendo patent that Nintendo was trying to push on out? The Power World thing? Well, yeah. Power Power calls it.
SPEAKER_03:They've been doing that, right? That's been going through.
SPEAKER_07:Yeah, that's been been a thing for a minute right now. But the recent update with the patent, and for those who are unaware of what the patent is, it's pretty much um, I got you right now. The patent was for the capture mechanic in their games. So they're trying to patent like that whole ass mechanic of capturing the creature, like how the creature is capturing, throwing an object and whatever at the creature. So recently in Japan, their um, whatchall, the Jap the Japanese patent office, they denied the claim. They said you can't have that. Why? Because the mechanic itself, and this is like what they say, mechanic itself lacks a little bit of originality because it can be seen in several other games. And those games like Ark, Survival Evolved, Monster Hunter 4, and even Pokemon Go. That's kind of crazy that your own thing ended up being used against you. So yeah, they just they denied it. And obviously, with the whole lawsuit going on with Power World and whatnot, it's you know, creating stuff, it's creating a whole bunch of headaches up over there, though. But yeah.

SPEAKER_07:They did, and then it was like, you know what? We're just gonna we're gonna control a monopoly on this. No more, no more capture mechanics. And then they just said, you know what?

SPEAKER_03:But the idea of something being captured is dumb. Like what I'm saying, like like you can't, like, you can't capture, yeah, you can't patent like a a mechanic. You can't patent a word, nigga. To capture something, you feel me?

SPEAKER_03:I get that. But to to to define, to define capture, fair enough, and to and to visually imagine capture, what the fuck do you imagine? Nigga getting captured and encapsulated in some shit. What the fuck?
