My question is, should there be a restriction on the streaming platforms as far as the mobility, like as far as like your geo like a geo, the geo restriction, like your geolocation. You know what I'm saying? Like a lot of these apps track you with geolocation, right? So, but a lot of them, like like for for instance, Waze or whatever tracks your um your speed, or whatever lets you know, like if you're going over the speed. So would it be so something be implicated to where it's like a safety feature for not only the the streamer, but for those around the streamer?

A lot of these platforms, I'm gonna just say it right now, a lot of these platforms don't hold up their streamers, especially if it's a big streamer. They don't they don't hold like they don't hold them accountable for a lot of the shit. Like you see it all the time, whereas like you got some people that was kicking it over at Twitch or whatever, then like they trying to like get that volatile like group of people who like, you know, just doing shit to like just be volatile or whatever the case. Obviously, it doesn't fly over on one platform, so they go run over to like kick. They run over to like another platform where it's like less regulations and whatever, so they can still do like their fuck shit. Uh kick don't usually like it. I guess it has to be like something really big. And I think now recently they're trying to like put little restrictions and stuff on it, though.

A lot of, let's be real, streaming as a whole, especially with the whole with the whole state of like how everything is in your face. That's I think another reason why streaming and stuff like that is um the next wave or like the big the next big thing, is because it's not like it's a show or anything like this. It's like people coming up on air or online to stream or whatever, so you instantly get in that. And whatever they're doing, whether they're playing or they're talking or whatever, the cat whatever the case, that's your entertainment right there that you're always constantly getting. So a lot, which is very big in this time and age, is this parasocial relationship that like people would have with streamers and whatnot. And then people like streamers or whatever, trying to do, trying to be big or trying to like find instant ways to be big or be like in a thing. What a lot of them tend to do, do some controversial shit or say something controversial so that way they can get like those eyes and views because all type of um, what was it? What's the saying now they say? Like all type is there's like no such thing as bad publicity. All publicity is not. All publicity, yeah.

But then like his friend, who was like um the cameraman, he ends up getting injured, and he's like on his ass, but like saying, like, oh, like why you know why you did blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Why you did this, like you you you crashed my car and shit like this, or whatever. And it's like he's the granted, his friend is like the only one who was injured and stuff, like nobody lost their life though, but like, come on now. And he's and that dude, I can't like I said, forgetting his name doesn't even really matter because he always does shit like this. It's like, nah, it's a problem. Why he still get to be platform? A lot of these, um, a lot of these services should be defunding these people who do this stuff, who brings all this negativity onto these platforms. They should be defunded. There there should be no way that like they get like suspended for um for like X amount of days. Could still collect the paycheck, mind you. Because that's also another thing, too, is that like it's not just one channel that they probably would have, they probably have like various other different channels so they could generate income differently, whatever. So it's like I don't know, y'all y'all gonna have to uh come heavy on a lot of those people because it's it's crazy how frequent it is where you get these instances.

So say it's not impossible, but I don't think they're ever gonna do that. Because at the end of the day, I don't think they care about the creators. A lot of them are against AI being um a lot of their material being taught AI. So it's causing up a huge stuff. We already know. A lot of people don't care for AI. AI is unfortunately here. And with that, you know, not too many people are very ecstatic with AI. Because again, with the whole stuff of taking jobs and whatnot. Anyway, um, a lot of Japanese publishers are very against this um new AI, um Sora 2.0 or SOR 2. They're um, and for good reason, they don't want their um content, they don't want whether the games and stuff like that or an animation, because um a couple of animation studios were also against it. I've can't I don't have the ones on to me right now though, but there's just been this whole big talk about um AI training and product and IPs and materials and whatnot that's being taught that. Very against it.

Like too many people got their hands on AI and there's too many people with being able to like utilize it in unique ways. Like you got the president of the United States posting AI videos as propaganda to go at the other political party. Like, why is that okay? Why are you allowed to use artificial intelligence in any kind of government situation that's linked to voting, uh platforming, any of that? You can create fake content, nobody will be the wiser, and people just gotta eat it up. And the way people's minds are set up, they see it on social media, and that's just how it is.

It's not like they're not gonna use AI in Japan. Not like they're not gonna use AI to create content. They can probably use AI to make original content. I mean But it's the copying. Yeah. Nintendo’s Failed Patent And Power World

When it's like whether it's for gaming, whether it's to just make some backgrounds real quickly, or whether it's like same thing for animation, again, just to quickly get some backgrounds and stuff. Not obviously for the whole big creating everything, like creating a whole thing with AI, but like you said, it's a tool and it can be used well, it can be used for good for very well. But like you said, how quickly accessible it is and with a lack of regulations on it, it can also be used very badly, which it has been. And we already see it when it is with when it comes to artists and whatnot, how quickly it just falls. Like you said, just with the political um with politicals, it's insane. So definitely need to fight for those regulations for it because it's only gonna just make things worse. It's only gonna get worse. I mean, like, AI is not gonna Pandora's box is open, so it's not as if like it's gonna miraculously stop and vanish. But you see how when you see those videos or like those, yeah, like videos on Facebook or whatever, mad people in the comments be falling for it. None the wiser. Can you imagine how it's gonna be like a year from now? It's gonna be very hard to tell like what's AI and what's not. And how, and if they keep in, yeah.

The patent was for the capture mechanic in their games. So they're trying to patent like that whole ass mechanic of capturing the creature, like how the creature is capturing, throwing an object and whatever at the creature. So recently in Japan, their um, whatchall, the Jap the Japanese patent office, they denied the claim. They said you can't have that. Why? Because the mechanic itself, and this is like what they say, mechanic itself lacks a little bit of originality because it can be seen in several other games. And those games like Ark, Survival Evolved, Monster Hunter 4, and even Pokemon Go. That's kind of crazy that your own thing ended up being used against you. So yeah, they just they denied it. And obviously, with the whole lawsuit going on with Power World and whatnot, it's you know, creating stuff, it's creating a whole bunch of headaches up over there, though. But yeah.
